In honor of the upcoming St. Patrick's Day, a look at the playful green shades coming down the Fall 19 runway and most likely continuing into Spring 2020. This green shade is universal and seasonless really - beautiful paired with sand & beige shades.

Love, love, love these blue shades on the fall 19 runways. Somewhere between French Blue and Crystal Blue. Super chic and commercial....

"Wear to work" or "career" dressing is far from dead and many of the Fall 19 shows are celebrating the modern Working Girl. The "power suit" has been dominating the runway with a strong 80's inspired shoulder and the statement coat is equally masculine inspired - think not only Melanie Griffith in Working Girl, but also Glenn Close in "The Jagged Edge".

The discussion about what women are wearing to work today is ongoing...The "casualization" of America is real... but I believe the tipping point is approaching where women will want to show their power and feminism again through modern suiting and new silhouettes. As millenials keep getting older and succeeding in their careers, they will want to dress assertively and look the part.

Here is a look at Fall 19's wardrobe staples (not to be confused with essentials) - investment pieces to dress not only for the job you have, but also want. Staples & silhouettes that will stick for a few seasons to come and can be cross-merchandized with basics or novelty pieces.
